Flat one-way pricing per vehicle. Round-trip is simply 2× the one-way fare. Most shoppers book round-trip with a 3-5 hour wait.

How Long Is The Drive To Sawgrass? ⏱️

Roughly 35-50 minutes each way from Miami Beach, depending on traffic and pickup location.

  • Miami Beach → I-95 north → I-595 west: 30-40 minutes off-peak
  • Downtown Miami → Sawgrass: 40-50 minutes via I-95 north
  • Rush hour (4-6 PM weekdays): add 15-20 minutes on the return

For the smoothest day, leave Miami Beach by 10 AM — you’ll be at the mall by 11, have until 4-5 PM to shop, and beat evening traffic on the way home.

Why A Private Shuttle (vs Uber/Lyft)? ⭐

Uber and Lyft work for the one-way drop-off, but the return is unreliable: at Sawgrass on a weekend, surge can push the return fare to $90-150 from the $40-50 outbound. Worse, peak-day pickup waits run 20-40 minutes at the mall’s rideshare zone. Our shuttle is the same vehicle and driver both ways with no surge, and we meet you at the mall entrance when you call. Uber and Lyft are trademarks of their respective owners, no affiliation.

⏳ Can I request a ride on short notice?

No. We require advance bookings. Reserve at least four hours ahead; same-day availability is not guaranteed.

🔐 Is there a deposit option when booking?

Absolutely. To secure your reservation we ask for a 50% deposit on bookings under $199 USD, and 30% on bookings of $200 USD or more.

💵 Can I pay in cash when I arrive?

No. To secure your vehicle, send a 50% deposit through our payment link or Zelle. The remaining balance can be paid in cash when the driver arrives.

🚗 Is airport pickup the only option you offer?

No — our service also covers hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants and private addresses, in addition to the airport.

🚖 What vehicle sizes and models do you operate?

We operate XL SUVs for small groups, 12- and 14-passenger vans, plus full-size buses with capacity for 40–54 people for large events.

🎉 Can I book transportation for weddings or special events?

Absolutely — our team handles weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events and other special occasions. Contact us for custom pricing.

📶 Is Wi-Fi available on board or are there charging ports for devices?

Some vehicles in our fleet offer Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential and we will assign a vehicle that fits your needs.

👥 Will I share the ride with other passengers?

We operate private transfers only. Your vehicle is exclusive to you and your party — no shared seating.

✈️ How do you handle flight schedule changes — early arrivals, delays or cancellations?

No problem — we monitor your flight in real time and adjust your pickup time as needed, at no extra cost.

🔁 What happens if my flight arrives early, is delayed or gets canceled?

Send the updated details right away and we will adjust your reservation while we keep track of the new flight info.

📍Do you offer meet-and-greet service inside the airport?

We use curbside pickup only. Text us your gate of arrival and the driver will be there within minutes — faster than the classic sign-holding service.

If you prefer a driver waiting with a name sign inside the terminal, we can arrange it for $20 USD.

🚘 How do I identify the driver who is picking me up?

The day before your trip, we will send a message with the driver name, car model and plate number, plus detailed instructions for the curbside pickup.

📞 What should I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry — we will send a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t get a quick reply, the driver will default to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we will find you; we never leave anyone behind.

⏱ How long do I have to clear baggage claim before the driver leaves?

Domestic flights: up to 60 minutes after arrival

International flights: 120 minutes of courtesy wait

Hotel pickups: 15-minute grace period

Port pickups: up to 60 minutes after the agreed time

⏳ How do you handle pickups when passengers need more than two hours to exit the airport?

This rarely happens since we already include two free hours of wait time. If you are still inside the airport after that, the trip may be marked as a no-show. You can request extra wait time — $30 USD per additional 30-minute block, paid in cash to the driver.

👜 Will the driver help load and unload my luggage?

Absolutely — our drivers will help you with your luggage.

📦 Do you allow oversized or extra luggage?

The standard allowance is one large bag plus one carry-on per person. Planning to travel with larger or additional items — such as extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can accommodate you; an additional charge may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat on board?

Yes — small pets are allowed, but they must stay inside a secure carrier. Let us know in advance.

👶 Do you provide child seats with the service?

We include one complimentary child seat for children under five. If you need an additional seat, please request it in advance; the cost is $15 USD.

🥤Is eating or drinking allowed during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Sealed bottled water is the only beverage allowed.

🚧 Can we make a brief stop along the way?

Unscheduled stops aren’t included in the base fare, but if you arrange a short, nearby stop in advance we can accommodate it. A small fee may apply based on the extra time.

🕒 Can I reschedule my pickup time after booking?

Sure. Give us at least 24 hours notice and, subject to availability, we will adjust your pickup time.

💲Should I expect extra charges beyond the fare?

What you see is what you pay — no hidden fees. Tipping the driver is at your discretion and is always appreciated.
