Yes, we accept bookings from around the world. We handle international payments and keep travelers informed via WhatsApp and email.

⏳ Can I request a ride on short notice?

No. We require advance reservations. Please book at least four hours in advance; same-day availability is not guaranteed.

🔐 Is there a deposit option when booking?

Of course. To secure your reservation, we request 50% down on bookings under $199 USD and 30% on bookings of $200 USD or more.

💵 Can I pay in cash when I arrive?

No. To secure your vehicle, send a 50% deposit through our payment link or via Zelle. The remaining balance can be paid in cash when the driver arrives.

🚗 Is airport pickup the only option you offer?

No — our service also covers hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses, in addition to the airport.

🚖 What vehicle sizes and models do you operate?

We operate SUV XLs for small groups, 12- and 14-passenger vans, plus full-size buses with capacity for 40–54 people for large events.

🎉 Can I book transportation for weddings or special events?

Absolutely — our team handles weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions. Contact us for a custom quote.

📶 Is Wi-Fi or device charging available on board?

Some vehicles in our fleet offer Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will I share the ride with other passengers?

We operate only private transfers. Your vehicle is exclusive to you and your party — no shared seating.

✈️ How do you handle flight schedule changes — early arrivals, delays, or cancellations?

No problem — we monitor your flight in real time and adjust your pickup time as needed, at no extra cost.

🔁 What happens if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or is canceled?

Send us the new information right away, and we’ll adjust your booking while tracking the updated flight.

📍 Do you offer a meet-and-greet service at the airport?

We use curbside pickup only. Text us your exit gate and the driver will arrive in just a few minutes — faster than the classic sign-holding service.

If you’d prefer a driver waiting with a name sign inside the terminal, we can arrange that for US$ 20.

🚘 How do I identify the driver picking me up?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, the car model, and the license plate, plus detailed curbside pickup instructions.

📞 What should I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry — we’ll text you as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will default to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you; we never leave anyone behind.

⏱ How long do I have to clear customs before the driver leaves?

Domestic flights: up to 60 minutes after arrival

International flights: 120 minutes of complimentary wait time

Hotel pickups: 15-minute grace period

Port pickups: up to 60 minutes after the agreed time

⏳ How do you handle pickups when passengers need more than two hours to leave the airport?

This rarely happens, since we already include two free hours of wait time. If you’re still inside the airport after that, the ride may be marked as a no-show. You can request additional wait time — US$ 30 per extra 30-minute block, paid in cash to the driver.

👜 Will the driver help load and unload my luggage?

Absolutely — our drivers will assist with your luggage.

📦 Do you allow oversized or extra baggage?

The standard allowance is one large suitcase plus one carry-on per person. Planning to travel with larger items or extras — more suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can accommodate you; an additional charge may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat on board?

Yes — small pets are allowed, but they must remain in a secure carrier. Please let us know in advance.

👶 Do you provide child car seats with the service?

We include one free child car seat for children under five. If you need an additional seat, request it in advance; the cost is US$ 15.

🥤 Is eating or drinking allowed during the ride?

We ask that you not eat during the trip. Water in sealed bottles is the only drink permitted.

🚧 Can we make a brief stop along the way?

Unscheduled stops aren’t included in the base rate, but if you arrange a short, nearby stop in advance, we can accommodate it. A small fee may apply based on the extra time.

🕒 Can I reschedule my pickup time after booking?

Of course. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll adjust your pickup time.
